Dr. Kruer joined us in 2025 after moving to California all the way from Delaware. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Veterinary Medicine in 1997 and has two decades of experience in working both General Practice and Emergency Medicine. Dr. Kruer enjoys celebrating and strengthening the bonds between pets and their people. Her professional interests especially include surgery and wound management. When she's not at work, Dr. Kruer can be found at Cal Berkeley games, where her daughter plays in the band. She can also be found playing tennis and playing the saxophone in the Tracy Community Band. Dr. Kruer shares her home with her menagerie of dogs, cats, parrots and a bunny.
