Rachel joined JVC in 2018 while she was enrolled at Penn Foster Veterinary Technician program. She also received the Veterinary Science Degree Certificate while she was attending Tracy High. Rachel is another Tracy native and enjoys spending time with her family, camping and hanging out by the pool. Rachel and her family share their home with the most handsomest Budrick (Aussie) and two cats named Harley and Sami.
